Abstract
A comprehensive analysis of the key challenges facing the digitalization system of public administration in Ukraine under martial law, introduced as a result of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on February 24, 2022, was carried out. The transformation processes taking place in the field of e-government, the provision of digital public services, and the functioning of state information systems under the influence of unprecedented security, infrastructure, and institutional threats were studied.
