dc.description.abstractThis section of the monograph examines the theoretical foundations for the formation of a mechanism of state regulation of public-private partnership in the healthcare sector. The essence of public-private partnership is revealed, its key principles are defined, and its role in enhancing the efficiency of the healthcare system is substantiated. The core elements of the state regulation mechanism are justified, in particular legal, economic, and organizational instruments. The challenges of implementing public-private partnerships are identified, and directions for improving state policy in this field are outlined.
